WARRANTY
Cabinet and Vanity:
One-year Limited Warranty on MATERIALS ONLY NOT Labor
A2Z Home Remodel, Inc warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the cabinetry will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable to the products used in residential applications and is not transferable.
For any defects in material or workmanship exist during the applicable warranty period in our cabinetry products, A2Z Home Remodel, Inc will elect at its discretion to either repair or replace the defective material or component.
This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of, or variation in wood. This warranty does not extend to damages or defects caused by, but not limited to misused, abuse, negligence, alterations, normal wear and tear, non-residential use, storage or handling, natural hazard, or exposure to the elements including humidity which may result in warping or splitting.
Granite
Granite is a hard durable stone that will hold up under most normal uses.
GENERAL WARRANTY GUIDLINES
A2Z Home Remodel countertops are backed by our 20 year limited warranty. The basic principle of the warranty is as follows: If there is something we didn't do correctly when we manufactured your granite countertop and that manufacturing deficiency causes you a problem with your countertop, we will correct the problem and stand behind our product.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
SEALING: (YEARLY)
(Prevents staining)
Have the countertops sealed with a Granite surface sealant as directed at least once a year.
WARRANTY TERMS
A2Z Home Remodel warrants to the owner of a pre fabricated countertop, that A2Z Home Remodel at its option will repair or replace, without charge, the countertop piece if it fails due to any manufacturing or natural stone defect during the first 20 years after initial purchase, except for damage caused by chemical or physical use or abuse. This warranty does not cover countertops that have been moved from their original installed location or modified in any way from the condition originally delivered in, and it does not cover the natural characteristics of stone, which include, but are not limited to, color variations, water lines, or surface marks. This warranty also does not cover damage to your countertop caused by items out of our control, such as house settlement, fires, tornados, or other acts of nature. A2Z Home Remodel is limited solely to the repair or replacement of said granite and the final decision is that of GRANITE 2 GO.
